Returns

45º North Coffee accepts returns with prior authorization and an RGA number within the specified warranty period. Returned packaged products shall contain any unused portion of product. Requests for return outside of the warranty period or for product which no warranty was offered will be denied.

Refunds on returns will be in the form of a Website credit towards a future purchase, a refund to the method of payment at the time of purchase, or even exchange. Credits and refunds will be at the price paid at the time of purchase for the product only.
